The Story Behind Metro
Metro Music has been part of the local community for over 30 years, brothers Graham and Jack Knox are taking over the family business from their dad, keeping things in the family and continuing something that started with a simple love of music.
Growing up in Dublin, music was always part of life for the brothers. Graham is the bass player with The Coronas, and over the past 20 years has played, recorded and toured around the world. Jack has a background in broadcasting, arts management and live events, he’s spent years making big things happen behind the scenes. He’s worked across production, logistics and events, so he’s pretty good at making sure everything runs smoothly.
Between them, Graham and Jack bring plenty of music, business and real-world experience to Metro. They want to build on what their dad created, keep it friendly and welcoming, and make sure Metro remains a place where people genuinely enjoy learning music.
